My overall vision for Brownees Urban Bistro is to create a centralized urban establishment that delivers a cultural experience with food and art. An establishment that, speaks to who I am, represents and pays homage to my Indigenous culture, inspires, uplifts, and empowers our urban Indigenous youth, and through our youth program, provide hands-on training and skill development with opportunities to gain employment.
